Most advice still sounds the same: eat less, move more. But weight and metabolism are complex. Genetics, hormones, sleep, stress, and environment all play a role — which means lasting change requires more than diet and exercise tips.

This 6-month, small-group program gives you the support, structure, and evidence-based tools that are often missed.

Group Sessions: 12 live virtual sessions (sessions will be recorded)
