The Wellness Beyond Weight Collective is a 6-month, small-group weight management program led by Dr. Jules Passy, ND. This program is designed for people who want a deeper understanding of why weight happen and why they feel so difficult. Weight loss if often not what we think it is. 

Rather than telling you what to eat or how to exercise, this program focuses on helping you understand your body, your patterns, and your personal barriers to change — so you can make informed, sustainable decisions that support long-term metabolic health.

What makes this program different?

This is not a diet plan.
This is not a fitness challenge.
And it’s not about how intense your willpower is.

The Wellness Beyond Weight Collective is based on current evidence on metabolism, weight regulation, hormones, stress physiology, sleep, insulin resistance, medications, and weight bias. Together, we explore how these factors interact and how they show up uniquely for you.

You’ll learn:

  • Why “eat less, move more” often backfires
  • How stress, sleep, hormones, medications, and past dieting shape weight regulation
  • Why cravings, fatigue, and plateaus are not personal failures
  • How to interpret body changes and health data without fear or shame
  • When weight loss medications may or may not be supportive tools

Most importantly, you’ll learn how to work with your biology instead of against it.

  • Duration: 6 months
  • Sessions: Every other week
  • Session length: 75 minutes
